Service Description
CHURCHES ONLY 6 EVENTS Our affordable event space bundle is designed for pastors looking for a flexible venue for churches. This package provides a comfortable, professional environment space with the amenities you need to host a smooth service. What’s Included With Your Booking Every reservation includes access to the essential amenities needed to host a seamless service: • 2-hour customizable event experience ( 6 weekday events of your choice based on availablity) • Tables and seating for up to 50 guests • Elegant, intimate studio setting • Kitchenette access for light preparation • Mounted TVs for presentations or displays • Blue-Tube sound system with microphone • Flexible layout to design your event your way Booking Policies Security Deposit This reservations does not include a $150 refundable security deposit, which will be returned after your event provided the reserved time is honored, the space remains in excellent condition without damages and you clean up after your guests. This offer is for church who have already PAID. After paying please email your dates to racestreetstudio@gmail.com to confirm with the name of your church in the subject. Please note holiday dates do not apply in this promotion. Holiday Pricing Holiday rates are not included. Please contact us directly for holiday pricing. Cancellation Policy
Payment and Deposit Requirements: Retainer: Only line only full payment is due. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $150 is due. This will be returned within 7-14 days after your event, unless the event is ongoing. The deposit will be credited toward your next event, provided there are no damages and you do not exceed your event time. Contracted services Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by vendor will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added please call Race Street Studio. Provided Documentation All documentation created and provided to client is owned and copy written by RSS and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party. Attire All associates of Race Street Studio, such as your event assistant will wear proper attire, blue, black, gold or white attire day of event. Company t-shirts and casual attire is standard unless you're having a black-tie affair. Day of Management/Vendor – Will be an event assistant to help with any issues. Liability It is understood that Vendor is only liable for services completed and provided by Vendor and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall Vendor be liable for consequential damages of any kind. Cancellation Policy If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Race Street Studio will be returned. Responsibility Vendor is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of the Vendor, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, Vendor. will obtain, upon approval of the client, a qualified professional replacement to fulfill Vendor’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the client. Overtime Additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $150 per hour. Venue Setup and Clean Up During clean up, the venue is to be cleaned unless you purchase the platinum package. This includes cleaning the kitchen, removing all trash, sweep, mop and fold up all tables and chairs. Attorney If legal action is necessary to enforce
