Welcome to Race Street Studio, an intimate and elegant venue designed for beautifully curated gatherings. Our Luxury DIY Event Package offers 5 hours of private access to a sophisticated studio space that serves as the perfect setting for upscale celebrations, private dinners, creative events, and small corporate gatherings. This thoughtfully designed venue provides a refined atmosphere while allowing you the creative freedom to personalize the space and bring your vision to life. Your Experience Includes: • 5 hours of exclusive access to our intimate studio venue on Friday, Saturday or Sunday • A customizable layout to match your event design • Tables and seating for up to 50 guests • Convenient kitchenette access • Mounted TVs for presentations, slideshows, or visuals • A Blue-Tube sound system with microphone for clear audio • A stylish, elegant ambiance perfect for memorable gatherings A $150 refundable security deposit is included in the booking and will be returned after your event provided the reserved time is honored and the space remains in excellent condition. Race Street Studio is where intimate gatherings become unforgettable experiences. Payment Options: Pay in full or pay half now and the balance two weeks before your event date.

Cancellation Policy
Payment and Deposit Requirements: Retainer: Only line only full payment is due. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $150 is due. This will be returned within 7-14 days after your event, unless the event is ongoing. The deposit will be credited toward your next event, provided there are no damages and you do not exceed your event time. Contracted services Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by vendor will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added please call Race Street Studio. Provided Documentation All documentation created and provided to client is owned and copy written by RSS and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party. Attire All associates of Race Street Studio, such as your event assistant will wear proper attire, blue, black, gold or white attire day of event. Company t-shirts and casual attire is standard unless you're having a black-tie affair. Day of Management/Vendor – Will be an event assistant to help with any issues. Liability It is understood that Vendor is only liable for services completed and provided by Vendor and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall Vendor be liable for consequential damages of any kind. Cancellation Policy If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Race Street Studio will be returned. Responsibility Vendor is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within the control of the Vendor, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, Vendor. will obtain, upon approval of the client, a qualified professional replacement to fulfill Vendor’s obligations under the contract, at no additional charge to the client. Overtime Additional unplanned and/or un-contracted services are considered overtime and will be billed with prior notification and consent at the rate of $150 per hour. Venue Setup and Clean Up During clean up, the venue is to be cleaned unless you purchase the platinum package. This includes cleaning the kitchen, removing all trash, sweep, mop and fold up all tables and chairs. Attorney If legal action is necessary to enforce
